My approach

Relationships, past and present, are often the source of our greatest joys and heaviest burdens. Whether or not other people participate in counseling, focusing on relationships is an important part of emotional healing. The good news is that we all have the ability to heal within our relationships and within ourselves. As a counselor, I use a family-systems and solution-oriented approach to empower clients to meet goals, improve relationships, and live more balanced and fulfilling lives.
