For all other insurance companies I am considered an out-of-network provider.

I can provide a superbill for you to file to out-of-network on your own. Most insurance plans will have some benefits for seeing a therapist out of network, while others may only allow what you pay to be applied toward your deductible. Please check with your insurance provider to understand your reimbursement rates and rules.
